Ashton’s offer a variety of food options, from carvery lunch to a la carte dinner and weekend brunch coming soon. The wide and diverse menu means all tastes are catered for, even the little ones with our dedicated kids menu. The restaurant prides itself on using top quality ingredients, all freshly cooked to order by our kitchen team. At Ashton’s we source our food and drink carefully in order to provide our customers with high quality, fresh and sustainable products. Our award-winning food starts with choosing the best ingredients. We use only sustainable fish fully traceable, Bord Bia approved Irish Beef, Poultry, Pork and Bacon and support local artisan growers and producers.

Food is served seven days a week. A carvery lunch operates midweek from 12pm to 4pm and there after an extensive a la carte menu for dinner.

We will endeavour to cater for any special dietary requirements, and we can tailor many of our dishes to make them vegetarian, vegan and coeliac friendly. Please inform your server who will be happy to assist.
